Give yourself a little Saturday morning reset while your child enjoys their own creative adventure at Art & Soul! Kids will move through a playful yoga flow, explore a fun art activity, and have time to play, create, and connect with other kids. Each class blends movement, mindfulness, creativity, and plenty of fun.
