Spring Awakening is a three-day immersive art experience designed to celebrate growth, color, and creative renewal.
 

As the seasons shift, artists will explore themes of transformation, nature, and personal expression through layered mixed media techniques and hands-on studio exploration.
 

This founding session marks the beginning of Art & Soul’s small-group studio offerings — an intentional, process-based alternative to traditional art classes.

 

Over three mornings, artists will create the following projects:

 

• Hand-painted Glass Votives

• Foam Clay on Cardboard Sculpture

• Pottery Planter (artists will create a kiln-fired ceramic planter to welcome spring growth)

 

 

This 3 day session gives: 

• 1 functional ceramic

• 1 sculptural mixed media piece 

• 1 decorative luminous piece 

 

*battery tea lights for votives and small succulent with planter

Artists will :

• Experiment with acrylic and watercolor layering

• Explore texture, pattern, and expressive brushwork

• Create nature-inspired mixed media pieces

• Engage in collaborative studio moments

• Develop confidence through creative risk-taking
